Digital Content

• In-game coins are considered digital content.
• No refunds are available once coins have been delivered or used in the game.

Exceptions

Refunds may be reviewed only in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate charges
• Technical issues preventing delivery of purchased coins

All refund requests must be sent to support@gemverse.zone and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
